upper shackle weld nut
Here is what I am left with. What can I do to safely remedy this situation?
I have no welder and need to get my rig back on the road. Can I fish a bolt through, crank it down and ride with it till I can afford a shackle relocation kit?

I believe that would be acceptable. If it were me I would put some large washers in both sides (where the nut is) just for extra support though.
