Still working all the kinks out of my xj and getting all the fluids and wear items replaced. I would say within the next two months i will be picking up a new suspension lift. Ive got it narrowed down to BDS and Zone to go with my new 31x10.50x15 cooper STT PRO tires in the garage!!

BDS i can get a 3 inch lift kit with
front springs
rear AAL
BDS quick discos
BDS adjustable trackbar
BDS shocks
transfer case drop
and steering stabilizer
$860 only needs full leafs down the road (6-12 months) +$300ish

Zone 3 inch
front springs
full leafs
trans drop
zone nitro shocks
steering stabilizer
zone quick discos
$725 and i only need an adjustable trackbar +$200ish

So essentially $200 more at the end of the day for the BDS, is it worth it? Ive pretty much crunched every number i could with the big companies offering 3 inch lifts minus RC. Not that their bad just not what im after.

Iron rock kit will need new shocks + other things = more than BDS or Zone

Rubicon express will need shock or their good shocks + other parts = more than BDS or zone. Also heard their lifts equal 4-5 inches all said and done and i dont really want that.

Also checkout OME
great setup but $800+ for just shocks and springs is to much.

If anyone has any insight i didnt consider please let me know, im new to xj's but a pro at shopping around, also if there are any BDS or zone vendors on here please let me know.

Thanks for your help,

BDS and Zone are the same company and you can't really go wrong with either. Between those choices I'd personally go with option 2 due to the full leaf pack.

^ agreed. An AAL is just a band-aid if your leafs are old. You'll be looking for a full leaf packs before you know it.
