99 xj I have 2" coil spacers and 2" AAL waiting to be installed but my rear is sagging 1/2"-1" (need to measure) what's the cheapest option to get another 1" or so in the back so I end up with 2.5" and what about the front? I want 2.5" lift in total

Shackles.

But you should've got full leafs, AALs won't hold the lift as long, if you're leafs are saggy to begin with.

What kind of shackles? I know the GM shackle mod will give me too much lift, and I could always get a set of good leafs from a junkyard xj

MJ shackles give an inch lift.

There's tons of aftermarket shackle options.

Shocks don't give lift, but you won't notice .5" anyway.

You could just get new coils. I think V8 ZJ coils give about an inch of lift.

I am looking at the DPG 3.5" HD OME lift kit, and I'm wondering if I should be looking at control arms.

Hey there, I just bought my first jeep cherokee a few days ago. The guy i got it from said it had a 4.5 inch lift on it, but the rear right shock is not connected and is bent, so i am looking to replace it. The lift was done within the last 8 months, so is it ok for me to just replace the right side now, then the left side in a month or so? Also, what size shock do i need? I am looking for as cheap as possible for right now. Thanks!

Just buy one shock for a Cherokee with a 4.5 inch lift, try to get the same brand and model, if its just a white body shock, order any brand, they are all the same.

Depends on what kit you buy.

You NEED
Coils
Leaves
Shocks
Rear brake line
U bolts

You can sometimes get by without new lower control arms, and front brake lines, but if you can afford them, you need them.

You might need a transfer case drop and degree shims, or a sye and new drive shaft and shims. You won't know until its lifted.
