promise you its not. the fenders are trimmed so it looks alot higher than it actually is, but the lift height and tire proportion matches mine almost to a T. I'm running 3" with 31s with the same trimming and it looks exactly like that.

Hi there, after reading up to 30 pages, I'm still in dilemma..

Im planning on getting the RE 4.5 Superflex lifts with 33" tire, do I need to get these following items?

1. Longer shocks or stock shocks will do?
2. 6 degree shims

3. Transfer Case Lowering Kit

Your advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

You will definetly need the new shocks. With the RE kit you get new control arms and such. You can get some bilsteins from shock warehouse.com for less than the RE shocks. Look into that. You will probably need a SYE, but the Tcase drop kit might work until you get the sye (you should really do it right the first time and save yourself the trouble). You might not need it though. Some XJ's just dont get vibes at that height, but then some get vibes at 3". As far as the shims go that depends on your rig as well.

According to a post at JF, they are 33x12.5-15, but I would love to know the lift size.

im thinking about getting RC 4.5kitand adding 1"spacers to the front and shackles on the back. What size tires would be better 33s or 32s? Im mainly using my jeep for light mudding and alot of trail riding and flexing.

If you can. Find out how much it's sagging. Spacer will work, but will ride a little diff then a fresh pair of springs. There's also a coil over setup that you can do. Adds a marginal amount of spring rate and they cost $. But they are adjustable.
I'd honestly say get a fresh pair of springs. It's really not all that expensive. You'll have to lift the jeep up to do the work to get a spacer in there anyhow.
just my 2 cents.
