Im looking to lift my 99 xj mildly i want to have it on 30s right now biggest i might go in the future is 31s. I'm going to need tires prior to winter so i figure why buy stock tires. my rear is pretty saggy practically flat leafs. Whats the cheapest proper way i can do it with a suspension lift? what size should i go?

A spray bomb paint job and she'd be good to go.
I took that Jeep in on trade from a guy that wanted and Explorer I had. I basically got the Jeep for free. I knocked 200 bucks off the price of the Exploder for the Jeep... I've never driven it. He backed it off the trailer and that's it.
