I need a little help. The rear leafs have 3 moving points. Front bolt, rear upper shackle, rear lower shackle.
1. Only the rear upper shackle has a grease fitting. Do the other two bolts need to be greased? It doesn't appear the stock bolts were greased.
2. The rear lower shackle bolt. I tightened it and it pulled the shackle ends together. Is that correct?
Thanks in advance.

1. No, they don't need to be greased. If you have a grease fitting on the shackle it's not factory.
2. Get the bolts in, let the weight of the Jeep down on the tires then tighten the lower shackle bolts. Yes, it should pull the shackle together. It won't be much. Maybe an 1/8" on each side...

About the only thing you can do is add an SYE or lower the back... 5"s is awefully high for a 3" pack. I know they settle but not usually THAT much. Did you tighten the rear bolts with the Jeep on the ground?

They're going to say that they'll settle... To give them time. Make sure to tell them that they're WAY too short.
Then they're going to say that when they settle they'll line up better... which they will but not close enough.
