I have the fixed on my 3.5 inch lift they are stock length I dot know how long they need to be for a 4.5 inch lift. You could probably figure the length with a quick google search, the adjustables will definantly work for 4.5 inches of lift.

I've had a couple people I know suggest drilling another hole in the lower mount like 3/4" to the right of the existing hole will this help recenter the axle temporarily that is?

A few people have done it on here. And alot of people screw it up and bad

I did it and it works good for me but that only recenters the axle for a 3 inch lift and it's really not a good idea anyway, unless you are very confident that you can do it right dont do it.

if you cant find the lug wrench then a hammer is acceptable but it has to be a claw hammer.
