Take some pics of the track bar and the brackets (axle and body mount) and some pics of coil springs and shocks. Also take some of the front end in general. It would help to diagnose what's causing the lean a little better. Honestly you really should take it to a shop (a legit one and not the d bags you have been dealing with) and have them put a new track bar on it atleast! It could be terrible if the tb let's go while your tooling down the road.
Alright, I'm off tomorrow, so I will take some pics and post them. I'm in the process of looking for a shop that's anywhere near decent. I live south of Pittsburgh found this place today called High Strung Racing, gona give them a call tomorrow to see if I can stop down and get the to look at it, only problem is there in Carmichaels Pa which is ab 1 hr 45mins away.
And the safety is my main concern, with the spring semester starting back up soon and still working a lot I'll be doing a lot of driving which is why I would like to get it worked out.

Is this a legit dealer? Like they did the safety inspection and certified the vehicle was safe to operate? If so you have a huge case against them. Research the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. This Law provides, in essence, that the vehicle which you purchased should operate as the Dealer suggested it would, and provides for the recovery of Attorney fees. PA Law also says that vehicles with defective braking or steering systems likely to cause death or serious bodily injury if driven may not be resold in Pennsylvania. The trackbar is a critical part of the steering system.
Call a local pay when you win lawyer. That's a lemon law burn right there. Plus it could of killed you.
Also call a local news team and tell them about it. Bad publicity will get either your money back of your jeep fixed.
They have your money why would they want to make it right.
Burn them where it hurts. A bad name.

Yep, it's one thing when they scr**ed me over with fluids. Tranny fluid was pure ***** water, probably was never changed, along with ATF. Oil was very thin, they said they changed it but it must have been the cheapest oil they could find. I'm almost afriad to take my diff covers off and clean everything. Can't understand how not only dealerships, but people can not take care of there vehicles. AMS oil synthetic and Royal Purple are the only things that go in it now

I heard that a cross member for a manual transmission provides a 1" drop versus the automatic cross member. Is this true?

Supposedly 3/4" +/- yes. Mounting patterns are the same.
Make sure it visibly has a drop in the middle though - evidently it's hit or miss???

Oh, okay. Yea, when I was getting some axles the other day (scored some with stock 4:10's), I was thinking about getting the cross member too. Unfortunately, I didn't...
I'm looking for a good set of shocks for a 3" lift. Anyone know a good pair that is some what cheap? If anyone can send links to cites that would be awesome too, thanks

Rough Country's new N2.0 shocks are supposed to be really good for the price. You have to call them to order the shocks separate from their lift kits though. They aren't on the site yet.
