I don't know if that's you entire death wobble cause, but it will certainly cause a major case of bump steer with those angles.
Flip that drag link to under the knuckle and it should match the track bar angle perfectly (from the looks of it anyway).
Take a pic of your suspension setup from the front[/QU
Looking at the picture I took. I feel like I need the trac bar raised more to align it with my drag link. There is no more room to go higher then it is with the jks bracket Axle side. Frame side I'm using my old Rubicon express drop track bar mount. Only thing I could do is mount the drag link under the arm to change or get more of an angle from the drag link. just not sure how or what that does to suspension traveling. Also I have a stock Xj pitman arm as well.
As for the trac bar being loose. I will re center axle and tighten the he'll out of jam nuts.
Here's a dumb question but I am wondering if I'm retarded or not. With the cross over steering I have now, when I adjust the tracking bar should I disconnect the steering arms? Or better question does anyone have the steps to doing a proper alignment with crossover steering?

I am buying this XJ for parts. No way to find out from owner what lift or height this was.
Any guesses? I'm not thinking any more than 3" at most. Looks a little high on right rear due to front left tire missing.
It has gray coils, gray shocks (Front and rear) and what appear to be aftermarket lca's (one is junk now).
It does not have disco's or anything fancy up front as I believe it was just mall crawler.
P.S. tires are 31 x 10.50's

No dumb questions except for the one that doesn't get asked....
You do not have to disconnect the steering, just adjust the trackbar first and then recenter the steering by adjusting the drag link afterwards.

Hi guys I am having trouble deciding between a 3.5 inch and 4.5 inch Rubicon Express lift kit on my 2001 Cherokee, I have the 8.25 rear axle and a NP231 T case. The XJ is my daily driver so I want a good quality ride, but I want performance off-road aswell. I am going to go with the super flex no matter what height I go at. I know the 3.5 inch sits closer to 4 or 4.5 so I would run 31 10.50's, and I know the 4.5 sits closer to 5 or a little more, does this mean I can run 32 11.50's without trimming? What are your guy's experience with these lift kits. Any help would be appreciated.

Rubicon Express says you can run a 32x11.5 on a 4.5"with no trimming but you better bump stop correctly. I'm about to do a 4.5" RE with 255-75-17's (32x10) after disconnecting my front shocks and letting my suspension droop 5" it looks like it's gonna be a tight fit. Guess I'll find out in two weeks when she goes under the knife.
