Well damn that sucks. I'm getting a bonus the second week in Feb. and was planning on getting my SYE. Hamazon beats your price by a few bucks but I was planning on buying from you because you support the community and your steering that I bought is kick ****. As much as I hate to say it if your price increases more than now I will be forced to buy elsewhere.
The manufacture has raised what they charge me and therefore the end user pays more. If I fail to comply with their MAP policy I lose my discount....that puts me out of business.
My net profit from my site is 2-2.5% per year.
So please understand that I'm not gouging anyone, quite the opposite actually.

I'm replacing a single sheer with double sheer. Can I remove my trackbar without jacking or anything? I can deal with it moving side-to-side some but just want to make sure the whole jeep doesn't fall to one side and collapse and kill my dog.

heres a post about how poor they are made and YOU commented on it saying why didnt the person return it when it states if its 10.5 inches it needs to be trimmed. What kind of a company has that listed in their instructions.....China, not something I would rely on sorry
DAM somebody like products not USA made...........

The original poster wasn't my customer.
Guess you missed this too...
If my review seemed overly negative, I didn't mean it to be. I paid about $170 and I think got my money's worth.
Just thought I'd give a quick update. I've had the RR kit installed for 5 months now. I drive the jeep 3-5 times a week, not much trail time. So far the RR is holding up fine and the front drive shaft moved to the rear is working well.

The part about cutting the shaft is problem for you? The kit is designed to be used on many different year t-cases....AA has the same instruction.
I appreciate the fact that you are fond of Made in the U.S.A products....and I am too....but less call a spade a spade.....you don't buy American made products exclusively for the same reasons as everyone else on this forum.....PRICE.
I've had this conversation multiple times with folks just like you.
I sell Bulldog LED lights that 100% American made, every single part. Want to take a wild guess as to how many I've sold?

So tell me why I, or any vendor should pimp nothing but American made products? I'd be out of business in less than 30 days because YOU (the American consumer) won't pay for those products.
Look at the LED market in general, dominated by Chinese lights because that what sells...because they are far less expensive.
Now apply that to all things jeep related.
I'll bet you own your fair share of TV's, Microwaves, Tools, clothes, shoes, autoparts/accessories that aren't made in the U.S.A.
So before you try to play that card, make damn sure that YOUR house is in order before knocking any brand or manufacturer....or the vendors that offer those products to the marketplace.
And I will admit to one error, I've had a couple complaints of seals that leaked prematurely. Shame on me.

Take it easy buddy, Frank is a stand up guy. He sells good products and his customer service is outstanding. If he had people sending those SYE's back all the time I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be selling them. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but reading 1 bad review doesn't make a product crap.

I didn't mean to come across as bashing Frank or his products. I was simply asking a legitimate question. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Serious. If Frank says there good I believe him. There are bound to be defective products from all manufactures I just wanted to make sure there was no re occurring issues with the majority of the products.

On a related note, Frank - I've been checking out SYE's on your site, but it looks like you only have them for NP231s. Do you have them for NP242s somewhere that I'm missing or is it something that just doesn't really sell? Bear in mind, I know I'm going to be limited to the HnT - that doesn't bother me.
