Anyone using the Zone Offroad 3" Suspension System w/Rear Leaf Springs system? It looks like a pretty comprehensive package with the added Sway Bar Disconnects. http://zoneoffroad.com/zone-offroad-...erokee/j21-j22
I was told that the 95 XJ doesn't normally need a transfer case drop, thoughts?
Also, for a DD with light off road should I be adding a Steering Stabilizer or Adj Track Bar to this kit?

Don't worry about a steering stabilizer, I do recommend a adj trackbar. The iron rock offroad double shear is a great trackbar

love my 32" KOs. They do great on the road and in a little but of mud. Of course they aren't gonna perform like a mud grip but a quality tire for an all terrain. And mine are fine without regear. 33" is when that's starts gettin more necessary
Since I did the 3 link on my jeep and I cut the passenger upper mount off the axle... I was thinking of welding a tower on the axle so I can relocate the pan hard bar to OTA. Would that work?

It's not a bad kit for the money i'm running it on my 94 but i'm running iro rear 3.5in rear springs.
I would get the iro double shear track bar its a great up grade. Mine drove good with stock track bar but it was night and day difference after installing the iro track bar.

Looking at all terrains in the 31x10.5r15 flavor.
I do rocks, fine sand, and the occasional puddle, but I try and avoid romping in the pits. Mostly road miles though, going to go on my DD.
Treadwright warden
Goodyear duratracs
Yokohama geolander
Cooper at3
Open to other suggestions as well.

I researched tires for my application and ended up with Cooper AT3.
They come in SUV weights 'P'. Light Truck 'LT' and flotation sizes. I went with the 'P' version because of their lighter weight and no rocks where I wheel.
In a test I found, the Coopers outperformed BFG AT-KO in mud and on pavement at 100 mph and in cornering.
Price is good on Coopers also.

I am still pretty torn between the Zone 3" vs 4.5" full pack kits. I am leaning towards the 4.5in now on my 97. It seems like everyone who goes 3" wants to go higher soon after. Now I can't decide between 31s and 32s. I have 2 buddies running 4.5" and 32s on their rigs. I think the stance is perfect. How would the MPG difference be between 31s and 32s. I don't really want to regear. Right now I am looking at general grabbers, duratracs, and Goodyear authorities. Keep in mind that my XJ is my only vehicle. It will be driven 80% of the time on the road. Thanks guys.

The benefit is uptravel.
The downside is higher center of gravity.
I wanted to keep stock flares too but, if I could do it over would go 3.5" and flat flares. Could still fit 32"s when I regear.
Currently 31"s and 5" lift. Stock flares with added width and mudflaps. 6" of suspension uptravel, 4"down (should be 5" and 5").

So I just went from a XJ on XJ bastard pack to an XJ/S10 bastard pack. I'm sitting at 3.5 in the rear now 3 up front.
Does my pinion angle get messed up with this? I'm trying to fix it. And I know it sounds kinda dumb. But I swear its off my 6° from what I measured with an angle finder.
Haven't measured it as it sits now. But just in case I was possible slightly off would the higher rear make the pinion angle off more?
