I previously had a TJ and as I am finding out there is a big difference in the amount of wheel and tire VS lift when comparing the XJ and the TJ. I have 01 XJ Limited. I have come across a set of 5 Canyon wheels for $150. I like the way they look but I am not sure if they will fit on my XJ due to the bolt patterns? One of them also has a 30x9.5 tire on it. So I was also wondering if the 30's would fit at a stock height without rubbing? I do plan on putting on a 3" or a 4.5" lift in the near future. I'm just not sure of the pluses and minuses of the two lifts. I don't do a lot of off road wheeling. But do like to go to Rausch Creek on occasion. So any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The widest I'd probably go would be 10.5 and that might even be questionable. Delaware has a law that states only 1" of tire can extend past the wheel well. So I'm probably going to have to get fender flares regardless. I just like the look of the canyons. However Black Rock Wheels does make a wheel that I like. I'm just not sure how they'll look on a Cherokee.

Hey! I'm running a 4inch lift right now and I bought 31's because I was planning on jumping to a 5.5 lift but now I won't be able to get the money for the new lift. And these new tires are really begging to be put on. So I want some feedback. Do you think they would look dumb? Ive seen 4.5 lift with 31's and they really fill up the wheel well, and I dont like that look very much. So whats your opinion?

...and like this from the back:

Our 'kee has Canyon's with 235x75R15's ...the 9.5x30R15's are about an inch taller, and maybe 1/2 inch wider (and they would and do look nicer IMO ...but for what I paid for the wheels & tires, I'm not complaining).
You probably won't need flares. And even NJ cops won't be bothering you.

Alright, I'm thinking of switching from the RE I was originally going to go with to a Zone 3"... It comes with shocks, coils, ubolts, and full leaf packs... What's missing? It's really tempting, however, to go with the AAL since it's $200 cheaper... my rear leafs are fine as is, no sag. Does anyone know whether or not I would have to get a track bar at 3" or would stock be fine? SYE?
