Are all ball joints created equally?
Hey guys. Simple question, I'm hoping there's a simple answer. I recently installed my long arm kit and noticed some movement indicating the balljoints are worn. I don't wheel the hell out of my XJ, but I'd still like something beefier than oem replacement. Unless I'm concerned about nothing and they will be fine. Any suggestions?

From my research it seems Spicer is the way to go... You can get them here. Just installed a new set on my XJ

I have installed a lot of balljoints all a lot of 4x4s including Jeeps at my old shop and IMO Moog are the best you can get from a parts store. They are stronger and last longer them most stock BJs.
This goes for all front end parts for me I use Moog when I have the choice.

not sure if dynatrac makes the prosteer ball joints for the d30, but they are rebuildable and come in a package of 2 upper and 2 lower for about 600 bux.
