Default Aftermarket harness & brain

Anyone here installed something like a megasquirt ( www . megasquirt . info) aftermarket powertrain controller? I want to ditch the Renix, and retune everything. Any experience, tips, tricks, recommendations, suggestions or ideas?

Keep the Renix system.

Tune the 4.0? lol

What else are you doing to the engine that requires tuning? Stroker? Supercharger? Turbo? Propane/LNG?

Not sure about propane, but the renix op system should be able to easily handle everything else with a different map sensor...

I run megasquirt on another rig i own and love it. Diyautotune.com is the best place to find it and best prices they were talking about a plug and play unit for the renix ere xjs that plug right into the factory jeep harness. I use there plug and play unit on my nissan. I did the build it yourself option like 400 bucks
