03/04 Grand Cherokee Laredo cloth seats rock.
Got mine from JY for $120. And used passenger seat foam and my xj seat tracks. I think the leather WJ seats are ugly and not comfortable personally.

Corbeau Moabs in black vinyl:

Two seats, upgraded vehicle-specific Corbeau sliders, and shipping directly through Corbeau, came out to just under $800. As far as aftermarket seats go, you shouldn't cheap out. The cheapos on Ebay and Amazon aren't crash tested and will likely buckle in an accident. I have kids that ride in the back of my Jeep and that's unacceptable for me. My OEM driver's seat broke in two places and was basically junk. Even with my creative fixes, it wasn't safe. I scoured all the local yards and couldn't find anything that I was willing to sit on, so I started researching aftermarket seats and these were the best for the money.
My only complaint with these is that they sit a couple of inches higher than the stockers. I don't have a tilt column, so my gauges aren't in an ideal spot for visibility without tilting the seats back just a little. Other than that, I really like them. I'm a fairly wide guy (38" waist and huge shoulders) and these are totally comfy for me.

EDIT: Disregard, I can get to Google from this server so I found them. More expensive.

the shoulder belts were there with the old seats. The ZJ seats just fit around them like the original seat did. Rear seats weren't to hard to install. Just some slight modification to the plastic under the cushion and some drilling and mounting the ZJ brackets was all it took
