Default Adjustable track bar keeps going loose

Bought a new JKS adjustable track bar for a 3.5-4 inch lift (2000 cherokee sport). Everything seemed to bolt in well enough and the axle is centered underneath the jeep but the frame side grease bolt keeps coming loose. First time it went lose I figured I didn't tighten it enough the first time. Second time I used a torque wrench and did it as directed in the instructions. Now it is loose again and as the steering wheel passed the center point you can feel the track bar move at the frame side bolt. Haaaalllp!

Is it a double shear type? I have one and it does it occasionally too despite the nyloc on there. I just think the rolling of the body and movement of the axle slowly loosens them. Try some thread-lock too?

Yeah I used thread locker the second time I tightened it up. But three days later... The bolt is loose and semi pivoting around the hole on the frame side.

"Pivoting" sounds like a single sheer. Mine does the same thing. Torque to 105 ft/lbs per the RE instructions w/ thread lock, go offroading for a few days, starts making a popping sound when turning. Have to re-torque just a little. IMO it's not coming lose but the mount is deforming a tiny amount under extreme stress. Easy enough to re-torque but my long term plan is to add a double sheer mount.

I welded the mount to my stiffeners and never had another problem.

Checked the frame side bolt today and it's still tight. From some other research I it might be my ball joints. Or CV or VC or god know what else.
