I'm about to purchase some new beefy control arms (from IronMan4x4) to replace my stock ones.
And I've read that I need at least one adjustable to reach proper alignment. I'm just wondering, which pair would be the best pick to be adjustable? Uppers or Lowers?
3inch lift, 92xj, d30, auto, blah blah blah.

Adjustable lowers for 4" lift and less. Adjustable uppers and lowers for anything higher than 4".

I don't know enough to give any real input, but from my reading I've read fixed lowers (since the threads can get garfed up from dragging over obstacles) and adjustable uppers. I'm sure it's more a matter of personal preference though. Wish I could be more help.

It's more a matter of whether too short of UCA or LCA will screw up your steering geomtry and ride quality....AND it's definitely the lowers. Anything over 2.5-3" lift and you need a longer/adjustable lower control arm. Anything over 4" you need a longer/adjustable upper and lower control arm.

Lots of different answers lol.
To add more info. One pair will be adjustable, and one will be Fixed for 3inches of lift.
The threads dragging does seem to be a possibility of suck, only have 31's to keep them from the ground/rocks.
