HELP!!!!
I have a 95 jeep cherokee that had bad timing, I pulled the timing cover and replaced the gears and chain, I even replaced the harmonic balancer to be on the safe side, I bolted everything up and I went to start it and it just turns over and doesn't get spark, so I changed the coil, dist cap, plugs and wires, all of which were old and I still cant get spark, any ideas please

Only thing that comes to mind is to double check it is timed correctly. I see the list of parts you replaced, you dont mention the rotor button. I assume since you replaced the cap you also got a button too?? Check your negative battery cable and all of your connections. Are you certain you have no spark (arc it against the block)?? Good Luck!!

Maybe I was informed wrong on where the timimg marks go on the gears, I beleive the larger one is the cam gear, where should it face, I have is set at 6 o'clock, and I beleive the the smaller one is the crank gear, where should it face, I have it set at 12 o' clock. Is this correct, or do they need to be set somewhere else, help please
