Hey everyone. Haven't been on the forums too much lately, my jeep has been running fantastic so I've been soaking it in (99 Cherokee sport 4wd auto). So I purchased a rough country 4.5 lift with full leafs . Comes with new LCAs a well. So I've tried and tried to search the forums but I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. I have a few questions. I know all jeeps are differently so my question is. What are some parts that I will MORE THAN LIKELY need in addition to my lift.
Is a 4.5 lift big enough where I'll need extended brake lines?
What are some front end parts I can replace to help reduce the chance of the dreaded death wobble. I don't have any vibes at the moment.
I was thinking of doing the grand Cherokee tie rod upgrade. Possibly an aftermarket steering stabilizer as well. I'm just looking for opinions and advice so my weekend goes as smooth as possible. As always I appreciate all feedback. This forum has got me out of a few pickles . Thanks everyone.

And the list goes on and on. First don't expect much from that lift RC is no known for quality or lasting a long time. The lift kit is the very cheapest part of the lift.
Starting with a 4 1/2" lift you will need a lot of extras some of the more expensive are an SYE/New Driveshaft, make sure the front end is in very good condition either new or mostly rebuilt. If it isn't it will show up very quickly. New tires 33x12:50's about right for 4 1/2" lift, new gears, should install lockers at the same time lots cheaper to do then, new wheels proper size.
New brake lines, heavy duty Adj. Dbl. Shear Track Bar, Sway bar disconnects, Adj. UCA.

I appreciate the advice guys. I car pool to work so I only drive about 3 miles to where I meet to carpool. Max speed about 30 mph. I will be buying more parts as time goes on I just need to know what will get me by for now. I'm buying a iron rock off road adj trackbar. With the heavy duty tie rod and ends. A steering stabilizer. And a new drag link, ball joints and u joints. Will this get me buy until I can afford the rest?

I bought a Rustys 3" full leaf/coil, shock, hardware pkg. and installed it first. Ran that for a year then using the same leafs and coils increased the lift to 4 1/2" after I had bought all the parts I needed quality ones as I found them on sale.
The 3" lift all I added was an adj. track bar, SB disconnects, TC drop kit along with the correct wheels a 15x8" with 3.75" of BS. with trimming ran 33x12:50 tires. You can see many of the items added in my sig of items replaced with quality parts for the 4 1/2" lift.

I think it all depends on what you planning to do with the jeep. We have built 3 jeeps in the last 3 years using standard 4.5 RC lift with new spring packs. We have only used what comes in box. The kit comes with brackets to drop your brake lines. We use ours for hunting vehicles. We aren't out seeing what we can tear up but we don't baby them either.
We do not have SYE's on any of them and we all drive them every day on the highway. I have over 50,000 miles on mine and it still runs 75mph highway just fine, no vibrations, no death wobble.
I don't doubt that you can buy better kits but from what I have seen unless you are going to be doing some serious off road work you don't have to spend the extra money.
The one thing I would say is if you are going up with lift and tires, you better be counting on taller gears.
