Adding 3 more inches of lift

first off, why would you want to go that high?
i have 8 inch longarms with 36s and cut to clear, i like the low center of gravity for off camber trails. any higher, and it gets too top heavy.
but if you really want 9.5 inches of height, i'd start by swapping out your coils to 8 inch and add a 1.5 to 2 inch spacer.
for the rear, you will likely need to go to coils. i don't think you can get leafs that tall and still be flexy.
then there's your control arms. they may be too short if they're designed for the 6.5 inch lift.
also, your track bar will definitely be too short, along with sway bar end links, brake lines, etc.
and at that height, you will definitely need to go full width axles for better stabilization.

Why would you want 9.5 inches of lift? Trying to look cool for the girls or trying to make up for something? If you want to run big tires check out http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=83. That is crazy high for a cherokee. Get an old chevy and jack it up 2-3X cheaper im sure.

Not sure why you would want to go that high but bds sells 6.5 inch leaf springs for your rear + 2" shackle + 1" block. 8.5"coils and 1"spacer. There ya go. Hope you have a decent steering setup in mind.

Freegdr is sitting on something like 10" of lift. Maybe PM him or check to see if he has a build thread.
Some folks need the height for mud and swamp running.
Alot of FL guys are stuck with swamp and that's about it.
Go ahead and run through a swap on as little lift as possible. Let us know how that goes.

Going to full-size Dana 44 out of military k5 blazer. And yes I'm doing it for the girls. Lol but really it is for south Arkansas swap trolling. On 6.5 with 33's I'm boding out on the silt and muck. So 39's and full-size axles with 3 more will get me clear.
As for flex. Well I've got plenty or rather to much and had to put limit straps in.

I would look into a coil conversion for the rear and run 8" long arm coils brake lines are incredibly easy to fabricate as well as larger brackets for stabilization and steering linkages
