If your stock leaf packs have a lot of miles on them chances are they are already sagging. Slapping the add a leaf in will get you lift, but it wont last very long before it starts sagging back down.
Full leaf is the way to go.

with an add a leaf. you disassemble you factory leaf pack(only found in rear) and add an extra leaf to them. reassemble and reinstall. and with a full pak, you get bigger, brand new springs for the rear. so in essence,m with an add a leaf you are still using your old springs.

Looks like they may be sagging just a tad...not a lot, but a small bit
Its kind of a give or take situation, they are going to sag regardless, the little add a leaf wont keep up the new arch for long...
New leaf packs are always the way to go.
