Default Add a leaf Question

Hey everyone, my jeep has the upcountry package and i have a lift shackle that comes with the daystar BB kit, so i figure i'm running about 2.5 inches above stock. Currently i noticed my leafs are beginning to sag, so if i get an add a leaf does that mean i will be at 4.5 or will i only get an inch or so since my leafs are already sagging? So i guess my real question is does the add a leaf give you 2 inches no matter what condition your leafs are in?

You typically get the amount listed at first and then they settle and if the leaves are really sagging you may only end up with 1/2 to an inch with the 2 inch after it settles.

If you want to go a budget route you can hit up a JY an make a bastard pack from an xj or s10. That or save for a brand new 3" full pack from zone or etc

Bastard packs are a cheap route to take. I'll be doing a RC lift to mine this weekend but I heard that they have pretty crappy shackle angles, so I picked up a set of 99' S10 springs so I can get my lift without using the shackles.
