Default acceptable off-set

i put a zone 3" lift on my xj the other day and my front axle is jutted out maybe 1/2 inch or so, would it be fine to go ahead and get it aligned and drive it like this for the time being? it needs a new track bar any way and im a bit short on funds for an adjustable one.

that is fine... can just drive it that way... if you like...

but I drilled mine out and it is fineput close to 10k miles on it... no issues... you can always beef up the mount and go back to a stock hole later
