ABS extended brake lines
Ladies and Gents
My lift is now over 3" and my stock brake lines dont look so hot, so it is time for a change. I ordered a set of crown extended steel braided brake lines from morris.
Do I have to do anything special since I have ABS on my 98XJ, or do I just swap and bleed them??

ABS may suck on the trail, but my XJ is my DD. Up here in PA winters ABS rocks.
When I go for a bigger lift, my D35 will get chucked. but it is doing the job at the moment.
Did the 8.25 ever come with ABS, or was it only the 35?

Just pull the ABS fuse, brakes will work normal. Then replace fuse when you want the ABS to work, and the ABS light to go off.
