98 jeep cherokee leaf suspension
So I am putting on a 4.5 inch lift with new leafs and the bolt in the front is stuck I can turn it and the sleeve moves too, long story short I can't get it out and it is the only holding me up. Do you have any suggestions on how to get it out with out cutting the bolt? I am the average Joe when it comes to this stuff so I don't have a torch. Please help, this is my daily driver.

you have new packs to replace the old one right
if you do you need to cut the leaf spring off then start cutting the eye of the spring so you can get that off then start cutting the bushing untill its free
