i just grabbed a new headliner and sound bar from a 97 xj.

i have everything in, rear light working, but now just trying to figure out what the speaker wire colours are that are in my hatch so i can tap into them for the sound bar.
i know the colours for the wires in the sound bar, but where did you guys tap into the hatch wires?

i removed my hatch cover, know the speaker wire colours at the speakers, found the wire loom that runs along the rear of the roof, but can't figure out the speaker wires in that loom...

what did you guys do?

 

ok, i think i found the loom for the speaker wires, tucked way up on the drivers side rear corner. i had to cut the cross fiber sheathing to access the wires.
gonna splice into the wires tomorrow when during more light hours.

i think the loom that runs along the top at the rear is for the brake/tail lights.
