97 engine in 01 XJ

97 engine in 01 XJ
Hey guys
so a conrod has blown out the side of the engine in my 01 XJ and my mate has a 97 XJ which he wants to sell, wondering if it’s easy enough to swap it in without too much modification. I’m in Aus so XJ’s aren’t too easy to come by, any advice would be much appreciated
