Finally got me a Xj but I don't think it is the right starter The had it rigged up with a bolt sticking out holding pressure on the starter to the fly wheel so I trashed it what year xj starter will fit a 92 I plan on buying a used one is why I ask. Thanks

 

I think they are all same only auto/ manual is different im on my phone or id look it up on advanced auto or auto zones site for part numbers to see which ones are the same
