This is a spare axle I have kicking around. It's for sale if anyone need s an 8.25.
I have it leveled left to right

Here is the pinion yoke at 0°. The bumps above the pinion shaft housing also read 0°

Now here is where my problem lies. This is a stock untouched axle. The perches are showing an 11° degree up. Meaning if the perches are level the pinion yoke angle is pointing UP to the transfer case at an 11° angle.

My guess is to now point the pinion yoke at 14-15° and level out the new perches on the axle and weld them on.
BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to F up!!!
Someone else HAS to have done this before and they wil tell me I'm on the right track.
