Injectors are compared at 43.5psi as a "base" so you can compare several ones and get a uniform result. Using the Bosch data sheet the 715's run about 10% higher in all the main areas compared to the 703's. Stock '96-'98 injectors are about 10% below 703's at 43.5psi. So going from stock to the 715's is about a 20% jump in fuel output which is a bit much unless you also increase the air intake an equal about (Or put them in a "stroker" which has bigger cylinders). The problem with looking at so many different sites is that some of them toss the data sheet out the window and rely on their own bench testing to arrive at the flow rates they list. If you want some 715's I've got like 100 of them here in my stash.

I ran some in my '94 XJ just to see what would happen because I'm curious like that and I didn't really notice any problems. Highway mileage seemed about the same but city may have been down. Seemed a bit peppier accelerating but not sure about the long term effect of the extra fuel. I took it thru emissions testing while I had them in and it failed due to a high hydrocarbon reading (Excess un-burned fuel in the exhaust)
