[QUOTE=dukie564;925109]it's the older 2.0L neons 95-97. Pretty much a crap shoot just check the injector number (left side of injector) before you start disassembly.

right on, thank you. which number will be on the injector? the 703 or the oem..

So swap is done. Driving habits have been the same. 1 tank down. Gas milage has decreased and so has throttle response on the higher end of the rpms. Start ups have improved greatly.

No bro it has decreased. I'm kinda disappointed that I did it. I wish I hadn't done the CPU reset. I felt it was more responsive before. I'm not sure of fuel economy before I reset the CPU.

it takes 50 startup cycles for your PCM to re-adjust. Try again in a week.

I finished my swap last night. Today I noticed that the idle and acceleration are indeed smoother than before. Not noticing throttle response just yet as the tension on the throttle cable is good. Will be monitoring the next 10 or so fill ups to see any change in mileage.

I hope so. I still have to put it the throttle body that should help I'm hoping. I did the air intake, injector upgrade, and flowmaster 40. I still have to replace the throttle body and install new O2 sensors. I did all this to improve mpg. I hope it doesn't hurt mpg after all I've invested. So far I've seen a decrease in mpg and in throttle response in the upper rpms.

Cool

It takes time after resetting computer. Its relearning. & you should be easing into it. Drive NORMAL first few warm-ups, work up to getn on it. Imo anyhow.
