I was wondering if there is a way to make a rear spring that will still flex good. It's going on a rig so I don't have a problem moving shackle mount. Or how long spring is. I've used a 60inch spring on a full size chevy but don't know how much lift that would give an xj or if it's heavy enough to flex it. Anybody have any ideas ?

to get the best flex probably the best solution is to make your own packs from others so you can customize the spring rate, and use plastic liners between the leaves.
And definitely upgrade to shackle relocation boxes.

if done "right" yes. but which leaves you put in and how many will effect the flex/ride. so research on which leaves to use and final spring ratings before buying anything.
thats a good table of info

basically the "spring capacity" in those tables gives you an idea how stiff they are. The higher the number, the thicker the leaves will be, and the stiffer the spring. You want lower (thinner) leaves.
I've been researching this a lot lately planning for my setup
For 6" of goooood flex i would consider this setup:
Shackle relocation boxes (HDEngineering) = 0.75" lift plus 45* shackle angle
1.75" shackles
3.5" bastard spring pack with thin leaves and plastic liners
