So I decided to covert my 2WD 1993 Xj into a 4x4. I pulled a tranny and transfer case from a 1995 mail Jeep Xj as the donor. Since it was a mail jeep I figured it had a lot of miles of it so I planned on having it rebuilt but before I do so I wanted to confirm I was chose the right model. So below is the ID for the 1995 transmission.

Now some things I wanted to know if the gear ratio were the same because I only pulled the front axle from the mail Jeep and could pull the rear axle if needed. Also since I know it will be asked I didn’t sell my 2WD and buy a 4WD because I have sentimental value to my 93
