Default 4x4 not working with bigger tires?

Hey guys, I put on some 33x12.50's, up from 30x9.50. After I put on the 33's my 4wd dosent seem to work my front drivshaft spins but, my 4 high drives and feels like its in 2wd, and 4 low feels a little better than 2wd but not as good as 4 high. I still have stock gears, I'm not sure what size they are though, I'm guessing 3.??. I'm wondering if I just don't have enough gear to make my 4wd work right. Or maybe my T. Case is messed up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
