Default Smog check/tire size question

First...wasn't sure if this should go here or the modified section, or in the regional section, sorry if I chose wrong.
Now then...live in California, smog checks, blah blah blah. I'm just wondering if I should dump my stock tires or hang on to them for smog time. I know they run it up to a certain RPM on the rollers and I'm not sure if bigger tires would affect the results or not.
Jeep is a 1994 so it would still have to do the rollers, not a simple OBDII scan.

Im in SoCal and have never heard of a scan test only in Cali; Every vehicle ive ever owned went on the rollers, No matter if its OBD1, OBD2, or Canbuss.
Never heard of oversized tires affecting smog but maybe just throw on the stockers anyway.

As long as they go by rpm and not speed also I would think the bigger tires would not make a difference.

Here ya go. Been that way for a few years now, 2000 and up vehicles just get hooked to the code reader.

Just found that out today too. Mine passed great. All the work I did last year paid off. I Replaced exhaust manifold, O2 sensor, tail pipe repair, new cat, etc. All good. But Ca, I hate the arb! I spent a year working on mine. Paid the fees etc. Then had it pass smog last year. Regardless that I just had the smog pass last dec, I had to do it again because it goes on the number year, not the 2 year from last smog. I hate this state. Then the evap test. Had a hole in one vacuum line so it failed. The smog part was great. Well below the limits.
So newer 2000 on, no roller test. Just engine code scan
