4wd doesn't work after installing lift?

Did a 4.5 RC on my son's XJ, TC drop, never adj linkage, no problems. So I don't see how a lift w/o TC drop could affect it.
Either coincedence that it now needs adj, or there is an issue. Always be leary of a "defect" that could be cured easily, but owner is to lazy to do to make unit 100%.

Not sure if its just because where I live but even $2000 for a xj seems way to much. The most I ever spent on a cherokee was on my old 96 Cherokee Sport that just had the engine,trans,t-case,and diffs rebuilt with receipts for all the work done by a reputable shop and I only paid $1850 for that.
