The conversion of Watts to Amps is governed by the equation Amps = Watts/Volts
For example 12 watts/12 volts = 1 amp

400w on a 12 volt system is only about 34 amps. Stock alternator is a 120a unit so like previously said unless you have some other heavy loads you should be more than fine.

Im running 4 130 watt Daylighters with 2 Hella 500's @ 55 watts a piece. I have no problem running them but if your just sitting at idle with high beams hellas and daylighters on they brown out a little bit. And I have the stock 118 amp alternator.
