Adding a inch upfront. Do I need to get it realigned after that?

well, you might not have to...but it costs like $60 to get it aligned....and it costs $500 for a new set of tires.....so I would say its a cheap insurance.....

Dont tell the shop you lifted your jeep, do your best to get it as straight as possibly, and just tell them it seems like your alignment is off. Most shops have a 30 day guarentee on their alignments anyway.

Or be honest and just be like, "Hey i was just in here two weeks ago for an alignment. I just installed new coils and now its off again. Anyway you can do it really quick for me? I'd really appreciate it."

if they say no, be like, "is there anyway we can work something out?" pretty sure they'd give you a discount.

What needs to be adjusted? Just the steering wheel or toe?

It makes more of a difference than you would think, but with the factory style "y-link" steering, when you lift the front, your aise the drag link, which the drivers tie rod is attached to. when I lowered the front of mine 1.5" the toe was off almost 3/4"

Two weeks ago I replaced wheel bearings and ball joints and a tie rod and that's when I had it aligned for free since it was under warranty. So me going back in and saying its messed up again they are going to know lol. Ok so if I do lift it another inch I will need an alignment or just an adjusting of toe correct? Thanks for the help guys.

yes you will have to reset your toe, which will probably effect your steering wheel. so the toe neds to be set and the drag link adjusted.
If you just had it done, be honest with them, tell them what you need done, and maybe they will cut you a break since its such an easy job.
