Any of you guys with supercharged xj has any temp differences from stock?

None. Same engine temps as before.
Just be sure to have a properly maintained coolant system.

I have changed the pump installed a 3 row radiator and a lower thermostat! my temp now is at 60 degrees! Is that ok as maintenance?

That sounds about right.
50/50 % coolant.
I have had good luck with 'Water Wetter' products just for that extra protection.

I live in Greece and i own a petrol station never heard of that! But i think i am going to be ok! Also my water pump is koolerpump and its awesome. My cherokee never gets to open the back up fan! And its almost summer!
