Right on. So I'll go that route then. I'd be open to an axle swap, but I feel like it might be a little too much for just 35s. And I'd go 37s, but I like driving this around town and I wouldn't want to drive 37s around.

Thanks for the help guys

Well I'd mainly not be wanting to wear down the tread since I'm assuming they're expensive tires. Still a possibility though.

So I think I might cage the Jeep first.. I don't really want to just get rid of working axles. If I for some reason come across a set of used 35s, how bad would it be if I put them on my rig as it sits? Of course I wouldn't wheel until I get regeared and reinforced a bit, but I'm just curious. I've seen threads where people drive (sluggisly) on stock gears with 35s. I also have to double check what gears I'm running now, since even with 33s, it's not bad at all. People say they're sluggish on stock/33s, but I still kick into OD or whatever that is when you floor it. Or is that normal? I bought this slightly lifted, locked, with some other stuff, so I guess it's possible. I just have to make sure before I put money in.

I think I might if I come across a set of tires. I think my 8.25 would break before the D30, since I have chromo up front and I wouldn't wheel right away. So if the 8.25 breaks, I'll just plan on converting it to a 29 spline.

37s don't really wear any worse than 35s if you rotate them and keep them aired properly. Chalk the tires and test the patterns on blacktop and run whatever PSI gives you the best pattern for even wear.
