Default 3" vs 4.5" lift

So I have decided that I want to lift my 98 sport and I have been looking at a few kits. I know RC has the 4.5" x series and 4.5" spring kit that is like $200 cheaper. And then I am looking at a 3" kit which is $100 - $200 cheaper. I will be driving this jeep as a daily driver and I won't be off roading, at least for now. I plan on putting 31" tires on it when I get more money but I don't feel like dropping $1500 or so on the jeep right now, so I will start with the lift. Is the 4.5" x series or just the normal 4.5" kit worth it for the extra 1.5"?

Do the 3 inch since you won't be wheeling it

i got the 3in and like it but after a while i wanted more and now and piecing together parts to go up to 6.5 inches. I wish i would have gone with the 4.5 in lift from the beginning. because i need a slip yolk eliminator($300) after just the 3" lift anyways.

If you're not wheeling your xj get a bb... Save your money for when the offroad bug gets you, then you'll need that money to upgrade to big lifts/tires!
