Maxxis buckshot mudders on the XJ, got em for free but theyre pretty decent.

Goodyear Duratrac on the KK, which are a pretty aggressive all terrain

In my opinion, AT's are great tires. BFG AT are the best to go with, they are great all around tires. Here in WNC we mud ALOT cause its what we do, and they work great, but when it comes to wheelin, depending on the terrain they treat me real good, wear is not bad at all, and not much noise on the road at all. They arent extremely expensive either, and gas isnt affected that much. I personally am goin with cooper discoverers next time just so i can have bigger tread for the mud. But BFG AT's are just great all around tires.

Firestone destination AT's and Falken Winlderness AT's are good all around tires, if most of your driving is in the mud you might want and MT. Don't go buy swampers because they look cool if you never go in the mud. Buy the tire that matchs what you drive the most.

I am going with bfg km2 mud terains when I go up to 33s. I have a 3 inch lift on 30s and I need an sye. So every jeep is different. Sometimes they are bad like mine but sometimes people can get away with 6 inches of lift and no sye:/

I've got the Mastetcraft Courser AT2s made by Cooper and work good down here in Florida.

Puts the slip joint in the drive shaft, instead of the tail housing. Keeps ds attached when flexed plus uses a double Cardin joint which is better for steeper ds angles.
