Check your rims to be sure the holes haven't been damaged. Check the threads on the studs as well.

What do you mean? You can't budge the bolt with a wrench? I snapped all 4 of the bolts with a quarter inch ratchet.

I took a cobalt ratchet with whatever size socket it is (14mm I think) and can't get a good angle on em. Can't get em to break or budge

i used a 3/8" ratchet with a decent extension. you should be able to get at them like that.... BUT i think i took mine out with the leafs out of the jeep so i had a bit of extra room.
