3" to 4.5" Whats involved
So I put a 3" lift in this summer/fall and im starting to wish I would of gone bigger.
Could I just change springs out and be fine or does everything need to be swapped out?

You'll more than likely need longer brake lines
If you don't already have one you'll need an adjustable track bar.
Slip yoke eliminator if you don't already have one.
At 4.5" of lift I'd start looking into either long arms or drop brackets. Neither are mandatory but would greatly improve the handling.
Ok if I did isolators like these...

It says front or rear, they look to me like they are made for the front only? Do you just put them under the rear leafs?

Its a 5.5" lift kit but same concept as a 4.5".

All control arms are stock but I do plan on changing those eventually. I want to keep it as cheap as possible so the isolators are probably the route I would go, extend the brake lines and get the SYE if I need it. I currently have a 1" TC lowering kit and 4 degree shims in the back.
