Default 3" to 4.5" Whats involved

So I put a 3" lift in this summer/fall and im starting to wish I would of gone bigger.

Could I just change springs out and be fine or does everything need to be swapped out?

You can either swap springs or add a coil isolator and a longer shackle.

You'll more than likely need longer brake lines

If you don't already have one you'll need an adjustable track bar.

Slip yoke eliminator if you don't already have one.

At 4.5" of lift I'd start looking into either long arms or drop brackets. Neither are mandatory but would greatly improve the handling.

Ok if I did isolators like these...

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/en...view/make/jeep

It says front or rear, they look to me like they are made for the front only? Do you just put them under the rear leafs?

Easy way to get an idea whats needed is go to an off road website that sells kits. Click on a 4.5" lift kit and see whats all included.

For example
http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merch...egory_Code=XLK

Its a 5.5" lift kit but same concept as a 4.5".

Lower control arms. If you go with drop brackets your stock uca or upper control arms should work fine. You will probably need to look into upgrading your shocks as well as 3" ones will limit you at 4.5" of lift.

All control arms are stock but I do plan on changing those eventually. I want to keep it as cheap as possible so the isolators are probably the route I would go, extend the brake lines and get the SYE if I need it. I currently have a 1" TC lowering kit and 4 degree shims in the back.

I am selling adjustable lower control arms, drop brackets, shocks and an adjusable track bar. All of which would be perfect for the 4.5
