Did you take it to get aligned after the lift? Pretty rare to have death wobble at that height, sounds to me like you might have an alignment issue.
Might want to double check that the tires are in balance as well.

Get your tires balanced and get a wrench down there and tighten every bolt you can get your hands near (this includes control arms, track bar, sway bar links, shocks, etc)
Make sure your air pressure is equal in both front tires (I've gotten DW before because on of my front tires was at 32 PSI while the other was at 12 PSI; filled it up and it was good to go).
Visually inspect ALL bushings in the front end.
Then re-tighten the track bar again.
And you can get DW at any height. Stock XJs can suffer from it too, although it's not as common.

I have an 8 inch and when I installed it it had the DW. I run 35 inch MTR's - I would get the DW @ 35 to 45. Since I run beadlocks, I have to use beads to balance (no weights) - so after tightening everything down and finding a big f**king wrench and doing my alignment it ceased. To be honest just about every bolt needed to be tightened. So now when I go out wheeling I spend 10 minutes after checking every bolt. I haven't had an issue with it since
