I currently have a 2 inch lift can I do something to go to 3 inch without replacing my lift?

 

What type of lift is it? Coils and leaf springs or coil spacers and leaf shackles

 

spicer and shackle extension

 

A) replace leaf springs and coils with Upcountry XJ springs and coils that haven't started sagging

B) Bastard pack for leaf springs and XJ Upcountry coils

C) Bastard pack for leaf springs and ZJ V8 coils (supposedly there is a set that gives you 1", but most don't more like 1/2")

D) Blocks under the leaf springs (not the preferred method) and a coil option from above

E) Shackle relocators in the rear and a coil option from above

Why do you want to save the lift? I don't think 1" is worth the work it would entail. Not to mention there is alot more that starts coming in to play when you jump that inch (depending on the Jeep).

 

Replace the 2 inch spacer and shackle with a 3" spacer and shackle.

Either that or remove the spacer and shackle and install a real 3" lift.
