Cool 1997 jeep cherokee XJ electrical problem PLEASE HELP

Hi this is my first post here so please excuse any mistakes.
I own a 1997 jeep cherokee country 4wd 4.0L, recently I have noticed when I put up or down my windows all the lights in the car dim, for example the green lights on the buttons and all the lights on the dash dim, including the display on my aftermarket radio unit, which is a pioneer x7500bt. I'm not sure what is causing this issue, thanks in advanced.

Check the battery to make sure it's good, test the alternator, and check the battery cables/terminals, clean/freshen up the secondary ground that goes to the fender on the negative battery cable, and look at where the ground cable connects to the block. With the positive cable, check the battery terminal, and where it goes to the power distribution center to ensure it is tight and has a good connection.
