if you want it to preform as it should... yes. and no to the 2nd half. unless you run some other expensive equipment.

Ok makes sense. Ill just run 1 that actually works. Maybe a second for looks. Doubtful tho.

What type of mount? I'm looking to go on the passenger side tail light on my 2001 XJ. Although I'm not sure if I can mount to the light like I'd done before on my YJ or if I'd be better off going straight to the body.
