1993 XJ Lift in Progress, Need help!!
If you jack up the front end and leave the front hanging you won't have to compress the spring as much also for better angle jack up opposite side for extra space. Control arms should keep everything good.

Just finished putting on some brake line extensions on mine today and pulling the old winch off to realign front bumper and reboot. When you wheel your jeep you will figure out your never done with it. I love going to salvage yard here in TN it like Easter and Christmas, you never know what you will find.

I haven't been wheeling for a year so I have sometime off and pulled it around front and dug in, still need to:weld up rear wheel wells, realign and mount new winch, fab roll bar, reinstall parts of interior. Pull transfer case and rebuild just a little job list

I haven't wheeled my Jeep yet since I've owned it. Been too busy fixing things that the PO screwed up. Sounds like an impressive build! What's the best way to get this damn track bar out?
Remove nut from top of ball joint, give it a couple of smacks with three lbs hammer. Other side has a bolt on front and a nut attached to a tab on the back side. Wiggle steering to finesse it out.
Warning the track bar centers the axle under jeep, if the bolt and tab with nut don't get bolted on tight you can get death wobble. I had to drill one out for a bigger bolt and weld a tab onto a corresponding larger nut.

For mine I have do drill it out as well, and the kit comes with a larger bolt, nut, and the tabbed nut.

It's a conversation the PO did.
Frame end came out easy, but not so much the axle end. The nut that's on the bolt is all the way against the axle and the tabbed nut is just moving around. Still can't get the bolt out.
