I have 1.25 spiderTrax spacer as well.. no issues. The tires are 265/70/r17.. they do rub on the lower control arms at full turn but only slightly. I also had slight rubbing issues in the rear while off roading with stock flare, but I have since installed Napier precision flares and no rubbing issues what so ever. I have 3in zone lift with full leafs as well. Hope this helps.

Can adjust the steering stops to prevent rubbing on control arms. Located on steering knuckle. Remove bolt, add washer behind tack-welded nut.

Question Any suggestions for a shop around Aurora IL that can help w/ getting my Jeep lifted?

I just bought my first XJ that I have been wanting for so long. It will be my project car and will NOT be used for any sort of off-roading.
I also had a killer deal off craigslist for a set of JK rims with all terrain tires. My Jeep is not lifted at the moment and I am looking for a shop that can help with that in my hood. I thought doing it myself but I dont have the time or the tools (and the *****).
Here is a dumb question! The rims and the tires (245 /75 R17) will not fit without any lifting correct?
So please let me know if you have any shop recommendations for me.
Thanks!

Correct. You need about a 3" lift or so. same as you would for any 31" tall tire.
